There are two things in life that can get you through the best and worst of times. They are GRATITUDE and TRUST and my guests this week literally wrote the book on it.
One of them is a most beloved songwriter and performer, the Oscar, Grammy and Golden Globe winner Paul Williams, known for such illustrious hits as Rainbow Connection, We’ve Only Just Begun and Evergreen, the Oscar winning song from A Star Is Born.
The other is the talented writer Tracey Jackson who wrote the film Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Gratitude and trust stand on their own. They are the essence of the well-lived life.
-Paul & Tracey-
Throughout our conversation Paul and Tracey not only delight, but their words of wisdom stick with you.
Just because the past is littered with discontent, does not mean the future has to be.
Knowing that makes me feel better already.
Plus, just released this week on Netflix is a documentary about Paul called Paul Williams: Still Alive — check it out!
Enjoy the show and the week,
